About What is Avyra? +
Avyra is an AI‑powered investment research assistant. It aggregates public market data (e.g., yfinance, finance news) and uses large language models to synthesize insights. Avyra is not financial advice and may make mistakes—always double‑check important information.
Account How do I sign up or sign in? +
From the login screen choose Sign Up or Sign In. Sign up requires an email, password (≥6 chars), and a 6‑digit verification code delivered via email. Sign in requires your email and password. The app stores your session token securely in device storage.
Account I didn’t receive the verification code +
Check the spam folder and ensure your email is typed correctly. Wait for the countdown to finish, then tap Resend. If emails keep failing, try a different email provider or network. Some corporate inboxes block automated codes.
Account Login failed — what can I try? +
Verify the email format and password length (≥6). Ensure the service backend is reachable on your network (VPNs or firewalls may block it). If the error persists, wait a few minutes and try again.
Subscription How does the subscription work? +
Avyra Monthly Subscription is $19.99/month. It unlocks AI features and includes 35 AI generations per period. Non‑subscribers can still view basic yfinance data and read market/news content.
Usage How are “AI generations” counted? +
Each AI‑powered analysis consumes one generation, whether for a single stock or a multi‑stock portfolio request. The quota resets each subscription period. You can check current usage and remaining quota in Subscription Management.
Subscription I paid but status shows Inactive / usage doesn’t update +
Open Subscription Management and tap Restore/Refresh Status. Ensure you are logged into the same account used to subscribe and that the device has Internet connectivity. If it still fails, try signing out/in once and refresh again.
Usage What can I do without a subscription? +
You can view basic yfinance information and browse stock/market/news content. AI‑powered analytical features require an active subscription.
Reliability Are results accurate? Any data sources to know? +
Avyra aggregates public data (e.g., yfinance and finance/news sources) and synthesizes insights with large language models (e.g., Google Gemini). Avyra is not financial advice and may be wrong or stale. Always verify with primary sources before making decisions.
Privacy How is my data handled? +
Your session token is stored locally on your device. The backend stores essential account data (e.g., email, hashed password), verification/receipt info, and usage counters. Some prompts or analysis context may be sent to model providers to generate answers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Privacy How can I delete my account or data? +
You can request account deletion and data erasure as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion removes account credentials, tokens, and receipts, subject to legal/operational retention requirements.
Troubleshooting The app can’t connect to the server +
Ensure the service backend endpoint is reachable on your network. Corporate firewalls, VPNs, or country/region policies may block it. Try another network, disable VPN, or retry later.
UI What is the “News Article” window? +
On macOS and iPad (multi‑window), Avyra can open a dedicated News Article window to read content without leaving your main workflow. On iOS 17+ it may use system support for parameterized windows.
