These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Avyra, an AI‑assisted investment research application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
Avyra does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Markets involve risk; you are solely responsible for your decisions. Always verify with primary sources and/or licensed professionals.
You will not: (a) misuse the Service or interfere with its operation; (b) reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent security; (c) use outputs to violate law or third‑party rights; (d) submit unlawful or harmful content; (e) attempt to exceed usage limits or quotas.
The Avyra Monthly Subscription is priced at $19.99/month and includes 35 AI generations per period. A generation is consumed for each AI analysis (single stock or multi‑stock portfolio). Non‑subscribers can view basic yfinance information and market/news content.
Subscriptions auto‑renew until canceled. If purchased via the Apple App Store, manage/cancel in your App Store account and refer to Apple’s refund policies. If purchased via our backend, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; refunds are handled per applicable law and our support policies.
You authorize us (or our payment partners) to charge applicable fees and taxes. Prices may change with prior notice as required by law. If a charge fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to process and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, including forwarding prompts/context to model providers to generate outputs.
The Service may rely on public data sources (e.g., yfinance, finance/news) and third‑party AI model providers (e.g., Google Gemini). We are not responsible for third‑party content or services. Your use of them may be subject to their terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.
We and our licensors own the Service and its components. Except for rights expressly granted, no license is implied. Do not use our marks, branding, or UI elements without prior written permission.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms apply to the extent permitted by the laws of your place of residence, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class action.
